Before receiving any Procedure at VRC (cosmetic injectables, PRP, or Micro Needling), a Consultation will be done to assess your suitability for the procedure, go over your expectations, and discuss any potential risks. You will be required to give a detailed and in-depth medical history. Your doctor will request your informed consent based on the consultation before starting the treatment.

Treatment Risks and Results

All medical procedures have inherent hazards, despite our best efforts to deliver safe and efficient treatments. During your appointment, you will be informed of the precise risks and potential side effects connected with cosmetic injectables and skin treatments. We can’t promise any outcomes because everyone’s experience will be different.

Treatment Guidelines and Aftercare

We are not likely to directly disclose personal information about you to any overseas recipients.   We may however use a cloud service provider located overseas for our CRM and which will store patient and prospective patient names, email addresses and other contact details.  These details are only accessible by us and are not disclosed to any third parties. Further, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the provider complies with Australian privacy laws and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ORDERS

All orders placed by you are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by us.  If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience.  We reserve the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

The Products and Treatments we make available for purchase, including any samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any Products or Treatments you purchase or otherwise receive from us.

Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the quantity of any orders that we reasonably believe are for the purposes of resale or otherwise may result in a violation of these terms and conditions, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Except where prohibited by law, we may limit the number of Products or Treatments available for purchase by any one customer, including without limitation so that as many customers as possible may enjoy our Products and Treatments.

In the event of the requested Products or Treatments being unavailable, we may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.

USE OF PRODUCTS

You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. You should patch-test new products to your skincare regime on a small area of skin such as the underside of your arm at the inner elbow for 7 days prior to full use on the face and or body.

If any minor uses any Product purchased through us it should be only after the parent or legal guardian has discussed the Product with the minor’s doctor.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in Western Australia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision narrowed in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, , construed, or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary, the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Payment

The full amount of the fees is due and payable on the day of the procedure.

Payment options for in-clinic transactions include Eftpos Payment (through debit/credit cards).

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

CREDIT CARD STORAGE

If you purchase Products or Treatments through our website or in our clinics, we may store your credit card details.  If you purchase a Product or Treatment from us, you agree to the storage of those details. However, if you are at all concerned with the potential security of this secure storage process, you may request that we do not store this information.

Pre-paid Treatments

Pre-paid treatments are not refundable, and they cannot be transferred to other people, treatment locations, or clinics.

Any cancellation of a pre-paid appointment requires 48 hours’ notice. The treatment will be lost if you cancel or fail to show up for a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, and we reserve the right to charge a $50 late cancellation/non-attendance fee.

Treatments purchased in advance expire two years after the first purchase.

When packages or treatment series are cancelled, the sessions that have already been used will be invoiced in full. Venus Rejuvenation Clinic has the right to offer credit notes. There is a $50 administrative fee. Services and treatments cannot be transferred to other people or clinics. Refunds will be given when the Australian Consumer Law specifies that they are necessary. Payments made as deposits for cosmetic injectable procedures are not refundable.

Depending on the number of treatments included in the package, all pre-paid treatments have a maximum 36-month expiration time after which they will expire if not used.

Consultation

Prior to treatment, Venus Rejuvenation Clinic offers thorough consultations to determine appropriateness.

Venus Rejuvenation Clinic has the right to decline a client’s request for treatment if it deems the request inappropriate.

Bookings

You can make reservations by contacting or messaging Venus Rejuvenation Clinic via phone 0408 431 972 or through our website(www.venusrejuvenationclinic.com.au).

48 hours before your appointment, a text message reminder* will be sent to you requesting you to confirm your attendance. These are not guaranteed because they are sent by a third party.

Before starting therapy, Venus Rejuvenation Clinic may ask for photo identification. Your reservation could be cancelled and subject to the cancellation and non-attendance terms and conditions if you refuse to present identification. The police may be contacted if you are trying to fraudulently use someone else’s account/identification.

Cancellations & Non-attendance

New customers should arrive ten minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Any appointment cancellation must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice at Venus Rejuvenation Clinic. All appointments must be confirmed and/or cancelled by phoning or texting your scheduled clinic, as well as by responding Yes or No to the text message reminder.

We reserve the right to charge a $30 late cancellation/non-attendance fee, or 25% of the treatment cost, depending on the type of therapy and the length of the treatment if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.

Clients will lose their entire booking deposit if they fail to show up or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time.

If a session is a part of a treatment package and you don’t show up for a scheduled appointment, the session is forfeited. If the appointment is not included in a treatment package, a $30 no-show fee or 25% of the treatment cost, depending on the kind of treatment, will be charged to your account. This amount will be decided at the discretion of Venus Rejuvenation Clinic and must be paid in full before subsequent appointments can be scheduled.

Bookings can only be changed three times without incurring a $20 administrative fee.

Refunds

Venus Rejuvenation Clinic has a “no refund” policy on purchases made for reasons including a simple change of heart or a change in one’s personal situation. On services that have been rendered, there will be no returns.

Refunds will be given when the Australian Consumer Law specifies that they are necessary.

There may be a $20 administrative fee for any refunds that are given.

Payments made as deposits for cosmetic injectable procedures are not refundable.
